Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to reserved date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after 48 hour time frame are subject to cancellation fees.
RAIN POLICY
A store credit will be issued if a reservation is cancelled after items have been
delivered by Wise Rentals. Customer will be responsible for delivery and pick-up
fees. Pickup and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled before items are delivered will be issued a full refund -OR-
customer may opt to have items reserved for a later date.
Damage Waiver (DWC) - Insurance
A 10% damage waiver is applied to all orders. The 10% fee is based on total
reservation costs, excluding delivery and pick-up fees. This fee is non-refundable.
The damage waiver covers all accidental damages to any rental items.
